We meet face-to-face, on a video call, or by phone. We cover your goals, design preferences, content, and any SEO requirements.

I'll email a full summary of what was discussed and what I need from you before work begins.

Quote & Timeline

You receive a detailed price and build timeline. A 25% deposit secures your project slot once you're happy to proceed.

Build Begins

Work starts on your scheduled date with a live progress link updated weekly. Three revisions are included as standard.

Launch & Support

Your site goes live. Training is provided if needed, with ongoing maintenance available at an agreed fee.

You Own It. Completely.

No hidden ongoing costs, no lock-in, no strings attached. Here is exactly what you get and what you are responsible for, so there are no surprises.

  • Once your project is paid in full, every file is handed over to you. The website is yours to keep, forever.
  • Hosting is your purchase, not mine. I help you pick the right provider, handle the setup, and get everything live. The account is in your name and you pay the host directly.
  • If you do not already have a domain name, you will need to purchase one. I can point you in the right direction and help with the setup.
  • Your site is not locked in anywhere. If you ever want to move hosts, the files come with you.
  • No ongoing monthly fees from me unless you choose to add a maintenance package or SEO services.

What types of websites do you build?
I build hand coded static HTML sites, WordPress sites with custom themes, and portfolio or brochure sites for businesses of all sizes. I also offer package deals for those on a tighter budget. E-commerce sites are available but quoted separately due to the additional complexity involved.
Do you work with clients across the UK?
Yes. I am based in Kent but work with clients across the UK. All consultations and project communication can be handled remotely via video call or email, so location is no barrier.
Do you offer SEO as well as web development?
Yes. SEO is built into every website I build as standard, covering on-page optimisation, meta tags, heading structure, and schema markup. I also offer standalone SEO packages for businesses that need ongoing work, audits, or more in-depth keyword and competitor research.
Can you work with my existing website?
Yes. I can redesign, update, or add features to an existing site even if its not custom coded, however each platform has its own limitations. If you want to switch to a custom code then this is also something i can offer, no new domain is required. I will take a look at what you have and recommend the most practical approach depending on how it was built and what you need from it.
How do milestone payments work?
I do not require full payment upfront. A 25% deposit is taken to begin work, covering the initial consultation, planning, and design phase. The remaining balance is split across agreed project milestones, so you only pay as work progresses and you are happy with each stage.
