Custom HTML Websites

Hand coded excellence for businesses that demand the best

Pixel-perfect design, faster loading times, and clean semantic markup that search engines love. Built from scratch with precision and care.

What We Build

Two Ways to Get Your Perfect Website

Every business is different, and so is every website. Depending on your goals, budget, and how hands on you want to be with your content, there are two routes I offer. Both are fully custom, both are built to look great and perform well.

Custom Static Website

Hand coded in pure HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No plugins, no page builders, no extra weight. The result is an ultra-fast, highly secure site built exactly to your spec. Ideal if your content does not change often.

  • Fastest possible load speeds
  • Maximum security, no database
  • Lowest hosting costs
  • Pixel perfect custom design

Custom WordPress Website

A fully custom designed WordPress theme built from scratch. No off-the-shelf templates. You get a unique, professional site with a simple dashboard so you can update your own content whenever you need to.

  • Update content yourself with ease
  • Custom design, no generic themes
  • Blog, shop or portfolio ready
  • Scalable as your business grows

Custom Static

Why Go Static?

Lightning Fast

Faster load times. No database queries, no server processing, just pure speed that keeps visitors engaged and improves your Google rankings.

Maximum Security

No database, no login system, no vulnerabilities. Static sites are the most secure option available, giving you and your customers total peace of mind.

SEO Optimised

Clean, semantic markup that search engines love. Every heading, tag and meta element crafted for maximum visibility across Kent and beyond.

Pixel Perfect Design

Every detail positioned exactly where it should be. Your vision brought to life with a precision that templates and drag-and-drop builders simply cannot match.

Fully Responsive

Looks great on every device. Hand-coded responsive design ensures a perfect experience on desktop, tablet, and mobile, no compromises.

Low Running Costs

Static sites need minimal server resources. Host for just a few pounds a month with no ongoing CMS licence fees or plugin subscriptions.

Custom WordPress

Why Go WordPress?

If you want to update your own blog posts, swap out images, or add new pages without needing to contact a developer every time, a custom themed WordPress site is the right choice. I build the theme completely from scratch so it looks nothing like a generic WordPress site, then hand it over to you with everything set up and a walkthrough so you feel confident using it.

No Generic Templates

Your WordPress theme is built from the ground up to match your brand. No off-the-shelf themes, no recognisable layouts, just a site that looks entirely your own.

Easy to Manage

WordPress has one of the simplest dashboards around. Update text, add images, publish blog posts and manage pages yourself without needing any technical knowledge.

Built for Growth

Add new pages, a blog, a shop or a booking system as your business grows. WordPress scales with you without needing a full rebuild.

SEO Ready

Set up with SEO best practices from day one. Clean custom code, optimised meta tags and full compatibility with leading SEO tools.

Fully Responsive

Custom coded to look perfect on every screen size, not just the default responsive behaviour of a theme designed for someone else.

Training Included

I will walk you through everything so you feel comfortable managing your site from day one. No jargon, just a clear handover at a pace that suits you.

Please note: All prices above are based on static HTML websites or WordPress sites with a non-editable custom theme. This means the design is hand-coded and locked in, with no page builder or self-editing dashboard included by default.

If you choose WordPress and require editing functionality, such as the ability to update content yourself, manage a blog, or use a CMS dashboard, this will add to the overall cost depending on the level of functionality required. Things like WooCommerce (for a shop), Advanced Custom Fields, or a fully editable page structure are all possible but are priced on top of the base build. Just mention what you need during your free consultation and I will give you an accurate quote.

E-commerce websites are quoted separately. I do build online shops, but the scope varies significantly depending on the number of products, variations, backend requirements, and payment and stock management needs. Because of this complexity, e-commerce projects are always scoped and priced individually. Get in touch and I will put together a quote based on exactly what your shop needs.

Prices are a guide only. Your final quote will depend on your specific needs, number of pages, and any custom features. All websites include mobile-responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I update the content myself?
Static HTML sites require coding knowledge to update. However, I offer content update services at affordable rates, or we can implement a simple CMS for easy updates. For clients who need frequent content changes, I might recommend a WordPress solution instead.
How long does development take?
A basic custom HTML site typically takes 2-4 weeks. Professional sites take 4-6 weeks, and enterprise sites 8-12 weeks. Timeline depends on complexity, content availability, and revision rounds.
Is custom HTML better than WordPress?
It depends on your needs. Custom HTML is faster, more secure, and better for sites that don't change often. WordPress is better if you need to update content frequently yourself. I can help you choose the right solution for your business.
What about hosting?
Static HTML sites can be hosted anywhere and are very affordable to host (often under £5/month). I can recommend hosting providers and help with setup, or manage hosting for you as an ongoing service.
Do you build e-commerce websites?
Yes, but e-commerce projects are always quoted separately. The scope varies significantly depending on the number of products, variations, payment integrations, and backend requirements. Get in touch with details about your shop and I will put together an accurate quote.
