I create designs that reflect your brand and your goals, always with the user in mind. I am happy to bring your vision to life or offer my own design direction if you prefer to hand that over. Before any price is given, I collect the details that matter through a short questionnaire so I can fully understand your business and what you need. I also update existing sites including page builder builds, though these can come with their own limitations. For new builds I offer fully editable custom sites with no monthly plugin fees. As a one person operation I keep my overheads low, which means genuinely affordable prices for small businesses without cutting corners.
SEO is built in from the start, not bolted on after. Every new site includes on-page and technical optimisation as standard, giving search engines the signals they need to build trust in your site faster so you rank better, sooner. I also work with existing sites to audit, improve, and grow their rankings over time, whether they are custom built, page builder, or template based.
When I build your site, there are no ongoing fees attached to me. Hosting is set up in your name, all files are handed over to you, and everything is yours to keep. If you choose to take on SEO services, there are no fixed term contracts. You can opt out at any time. Any ongoing support is priced around what you actually need, not a package you feel stuck in.

Meeting Summary
I'll email a full summary of what was discussed and what I need from you before work begins.
Quote & Timeline
You receive a detailed price and build timeline. A 25% deposit secures your project slot once you're happy to proceed.
Build Begins
Work starts on your scheduled date with a live progress link updated weekly. Three revisions are included as standard.
Launch & Support
Your site goes live. Training is provided if needed, with ongoing maintenance available at an agreed fee.

- Once your project is paid in full, every file is handed over to you. The website is yours to keep, forever.
- Hosting is your purchase, not mine. I help you pick the right provider, handle the setup, and get everything live. The account is in your name and you pay the host directly.
- If you do not already have a domain name, you will need to purchase one. I can point you in the right direction and help with the setup.
- Your site is not locked in anywhere. If you ever want to move hosts, the files come with you.
- No ongoing monthly fees from me unless you choose to add a maintenance package or SEO services.
